Our prices include all extras like water, gas, electricity, usage of bed linens, and  Sat TV.

¹) Maximum 6 persons. Child: 6 to 13 years old. Children below 6 years stay for free.

²) Wireless Internet Access. Compatible hardware such as Laptop or PDA with WiFi/WLAN capability necessary. We cannot offer support for setting up your software.

A deposit of €200  is required. It will be returned at the end of your stay.
When leaving, cleaning is mandatory or an additional cleaning fee will be charged.

No pets please.
